An aluminum oxide belt constructed on a semi-flexible, X-weight, cotton cloth backing. It is resin bonded for heat resistance and performs well on a variety of metal. This belt is designed to be run dry only. The 3M™ Cloth Belt 332D is made of a tough aluminum oxide abrasive mineral that cuts fast and performs well on most metals. It features a semi-flexible, X-weight cloth backing that provides good durability and conformability when working on contoured or complex parts. It has an open coat construction that helps evacuate sanding dust for a more aggressive cut and longer abrasive life and a resin bonding that will withstand high heat and pressure for longer service life.
