3M™ Dot Matrix Material 7883 is a 3.3 mil, matte top coat, silver polyester facestock with 0.8 mil 3M™ Acrylic Adhesive 300 on a 55 pound, densified kraft liner. 3M™ Dot Matrix Material 7883 features a matte top coat that resists degradation from scuffing, chemicals, moisture and wide temperature fluctuations. These materials are receptive to dot matrix printing and hand writeable, the adhesive bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including low surface energy plastics and provides high initial adhesion. 3M™ Performance Labels offer a wide range of products for long term durability and adhesion with automotive chemical resistance and outdoor durability. Some products can be printed by flexographic or screen print processes, as well as thermal transfer, digital printing, inkjet, laser or dot matrix printing.
