3M™ Double Coated Tape 415 is a 4.0 mil, double-coated polyester on a 4.0 mil, 60 pound, densified kraft paper liner. It features 3M™ High Tack Acrylic Adhesive 400. 3M™ Double Coated Tape 415 offers a balance of initial adhesion and good holding power. It features excellent UV resistance and good temperature and humidity resistance. 3M™ Double Coated Tape 415 is used for high-speed flying splices and zero speed splices on most grades of paper, including newsprint, clay coated and corrugated stock. It features good adhesion to a wide variety of materials, including high and low surface energy and metals and it is an ideal product for high performance splicing in printing applications.
