The sun’s UV rays can cause a hard hat shell to become brittle and compromise its ability to protect the wearer. With the UVicator Sensor, the hard hat should be replaced when the sun smart sensor changes from red to white. 3M™ Full Brim Hard Hat's built in vents release heat buildup and allow air circulation to enhance overall comfort. The cooling effect of air circulation helps reduce perspiration in hot and humid working environments, increasing visibility. The 4-Point suspension system has unique features that allow for a customized height and fit that best suits the individual needs of the wearer. An optional 6-point suspension strap can be added for additional comfort and fit. The 4-Point suspension system sits lower on the head to reduce pressure points and increase security, especially when looking up and bending down.
